Best Customer Service Finalist at the National Entrepreneur Awards…

As an I.T. Support Company, we know that the majority of our customers come to us when they’ve got an urgent problem that’s impacting on their ability to work.
Often, when our customers call us they are stressed, frustrated and require immediate assistance; so it’s our job to ensure that we don’t add to that stress.
Our staff always offer a polite and courteous attitude.
This way our customers know what they are getting when they call us – a big smile and a can-do attitude.
We go into every I.T. Support job not only to fix the problem our customers have encountered, but to turn their frown, upside down.
We achieve this by providing a top service, listening to our customers, and being flexible to cater to their needs.
Quite simply, we go above and beyond.
Last month we received the news that we were, for the third year running, shortlisted as a finalist for ‘Best Customer Service’ at the National Entrepreneur Awards.
And as I’m sure you can imagine, this immediately put a HUGE smile across my face.
See at Barton, it’s vitally important to us that our customers feel they’re receiving a positive, friendly and professional experience.
So this news was greatly received by the team, and even had a few of them high-fiving!
So here’s to next year… where we hope for not just ‘more of the same’, but to take things up a notch!
