HOSTED EXCHANGE 2010 Platform Migration Notification |
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
PLATFORM MIGRATION SCHEDULED FOR THIS WEEKEND

The Hosted platform is scheduled for Data Centre migration this Bank Holiday weekend.
Services will be intermittent with varying downtime depending on the service from:
Friday 23rd August 2013: 20:00GMT
Monday 26th August 2013: 22:00GMT
We ask that where possible users save their documents and log off the system prior to 20:00GMT on Friday and do not make any further changes or save new data for the rest of Friday evening.
As per previous emails details for each service have been documented. If any changes are required – you should have been contacted by us with instructions. If you remain unclear on any points please contact us.
NOTE ON HOSTED DESKTOP: For users requiring access to documents over the Bank Holiday period we recommend they download a local copy to their machines and re-upload the document on Tuesday morning. Support documentation is available covering local disk access.
NOTE ON EXCHANGE: As per previous notification Emails received during the migration downtime will be queued by the McAfee service. These will deliver as normal once migration of the Exchange 2010 platform is complete.
